Dimension 4: Observability & Incident Response

Analyzing Service Level Objective (SLO) error budget alerts, distributed trace context propagation, and blameless post-mortem retrospective hygiene.

Target Benchmark: Nocturnal paging restricted strictly to high-burn error budget events; Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA) under 5 minutes.
